Does anyone have any ideas?       >               Boot up with a rescue disk or flash drive such as Knoppix and use the       partition editor to correct your error,        If you are using Mandriva and can assign /tmp to another partition       it should move the content of /tmp to       that new partition but it may take a while to do that while booting       up.        I happen to know about the copying to the assigned drive       because I used Mandriva to create various partitions after I made       a similar error and was surprised at the automatic copying.
