   Hi typers and readers,   
   	   
   	Remember I got PCLinux64 OS KDE 2016.03 installed to my hard drive   
   alongside a Mageia 5?  Also a broken Windows 8.1.   
      
   	Well on the Mageia front a Mageia 6 dev1 x86_64 was released last week.   
     I was reading all about in the Mageia newsgroup and raised   
   a question.  I was told it was not yet at the stage where hard drive   
   installation was a good idea.  Better to run in emulation.   
      
   	So I have PCLOS practically speaking brand new so I loaded   
   up Virtual Box via the included Virtual Box manager tool and   
   got a very premature Mageia 6 running on my PCLOS 2016.03 in   
   Virtual Box.   
   	Yesterday at the SF-LUG meeting Ken Schaffer(another old   
   Amigan) helped me get the networking connected and I got about   
   633 updates once I got home.   
      
   	I will be keeping you guys up on this experiment with   
   Mageia 6 as I have more time to work on it.
