   "is not working" does not mean much. If you can't connect to it via   
   network, then use a USB stick or external hard drive to copy and carry   
   the data. If you can't even connect an USB peripheral, I think your only   
   option is to open the case, unmount the hard drive and connect it to the   
   working machine.
