   No, I don't have any ~arch in make.conf.  I selectively enable ~arch for   
   individual packages in /etc/portage/package.keywords.   
      
   Note that is says "[ebuild   R   ]".  It wants to rebuild it, not   
   upgrade.  I already have glibc-2.7-r2 installed (for a long time now).   
      
   The only reason for a rebuild is change of USE flags, but I didn't   
   change any USE flags.
