   It used to not be that way. But it has been that way for quite a number of   
   years. What I can say is I definitely try to avoid answering questions that   
   were not asked. But that could be due to not spending a lot of time on here   
   answering questions.   
      
   Perhaps I should just ignore the answers to other questions, whether they are
