   What you are looking for does not exist. Get over the fear of configuring   
   your own monolithic kernel and just do it. What's the big deal? As for "an   
   easy user interface" for configuring the kernel... what's wrong with "make   
   menuconfig" or "make xconfig"? It doesn't get much easier than that...
