   KDE 3.1 was quite useful (was the first version of KDE I used, before that I   
   used gnome, but as it was discontinued and gnome2 was going completely the   
   wrong direction IMHO, so there wasn't much option for a full DE). KDE3.2 was a   
   huge speedup compared with 3.1, I wouldn't even compare KDE4.2 with KDE3.1   
   when it comes to usefulness.

   Surely it will not be a final stable version like KDE3.5, but I think they may
