   The fellow was a downlink of mine in Fidonet.  When he didn't fix his   
   system, I cut him off from access to the newsgroup.  He isn't from California,   
   he's in Cougar, Washington.  Sorry about the mess he caused.  I'm usually   
   aware of such things.
