   Not really: web browsers generally do a poor job of asking you where to   
   save--using previous locations--so files end up elsewhere, so are often   
   found elsewhere.  My point stands.  Almost all other operating system   
   distributions name their tarballs after their OS.  People know these are   
   installers and that the non-GUI version is in comparison/contrast minimal:   
   you don't need those words as much as 'Gentoo' itself, which lately I   
   prefix and remove aforementioned words.
