How to turn off GDB colors?

   Slack 15.0 introduced a version of gdb that uses a terminal   
   interface tui. How can I disable tui by default?   
      
   I don't want the colors, and I don't want to type   
   Ctl-a ctl-x at the start.   
      
   If I ever want the styling stuff I can always use   
   -tui turn them on.
