   Did you reinstall the openssl-solibs-1.1.1m-x86_64-1 package as well?   
      
   Openssl is two packages on Slackware:   
      
   openssl-1.1.1m-x86_64-1   
   openssl-solibs-1.1.1m-x86_64-1   
      
   The error you are getting sounds like a runtime linking error, implying   
   you have the wrong 'solibs' package installed on B.
