   Agreed, and I'm certain that we're referring to the same smaller ISP.   
      
   They appear to have grown rather rapidly in the time I've been with   
   them.  I believe that at the time when I signed up with them, they   
   operated only in Southern Ontario and Southwestern Quebec.  Now here I   
   am in Southern New Brunswick and they're still my ISP, despite being a   
   "small" provider.
