   I have not seen any problems. With later versions of Slackware (maybe   
   since Slackware 12) I added:   

   local_lock=flock   

   to the NFS mount options for /var/spool/mail as well as users home   
   directories. However, I don't remember if I added that because of   
   sendmail.
