   Grep your postfix config files for the string "MY_SMTP_SERVER".  It   
   looks like you may have enabled an option somewhere, but did not change   
   the text you were supposed to change to be the domain name of the   
   actual server.   
      
   That is, unless your servers DNS name is actually "MY_SMTP_SEVER" (not   
   likely).
