   Grayed means your connexion is only on the external zone, all ports   
   closed. That's what I was trying to tell you above.   
      
   So you have to open desired ports one by one.   
      
   If you want it on the internal, you tell the firewall that the interface   
   is internal. It is your choice and prerogative as administrator. It is   
   up to you then to ensure that the LAN is safe, with a suitable firewall   
   on the gateway.
