   I don't see any issue with downloading in Windows. Actually downloading   
   in Linux, then transferring to Windows, may bypass the antivirus check   
   step, so it may be more dangerous.   
      
   Remember that there are very few antivirus that can run in Linux. Clamav   
   (which is not the best), then what else?
