There is a website I frequent where I tend to use wget to download a       subdirectory and read it offline, I have been doing this for years. A few       weeks ago I upgraded from Leap 42.1 to 42.2 and now this no longer works.              If I read any page Online using konqueror, no problem.       If I read any page Offline using (for example) Firefox, no problem.       If I read any page Offline using the opensuse 13.2 version of konqueror via       nfs, no problem.              The current version comes up with such helpful messages as:              This page contains the following errors:       error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration allowed only at the start of the       document       Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.              (end of helpful messages)              btw, the header looks like this:                                          I can only think that konqueror thinks that any html on a local drive is being       developed and is trying to make sure I develop clean html. Very laudable I       suppose. Is there some change I can make so it applies tolerant web roles for       local files? I        certainly can't find anything.              I also tried downloading using ftp rather than wget (my wget script is set to       modify urls) but it did not help at all.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
