The options are Webkit and KHTML and both are       unusable in different ways.       - With "Webkit" I get a blank screen instead of the start screen under       previous levels. Opening a locally stored web-page with left-click opens it       under another application (configurable), opening in a new tab via right-click       works but is incredibly        sensitive to what it considers to be html errors. That sensitivity is the same       as under 42.2 and is one of the two reasons I upgraded so quickly - See my       posting of 29 May.       - With KHTML I get the same error as Darklight. It is then more tolerant with       the html it finds but goes into meltdown when asked to follow links.              The 42.1 Konqueror is the last one which worked properly for me, I might try       and install an rpm or three from that old distribution. I don't have any time       for more testing now.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
