   Notice that it says "application", not package. Application support in   
   zypper/yast is not complete.   
      
   It probably offers to delete an application, or ignore, that's fine. And   
   it will ask again the next time.   
      
   A solution sometimes is to find the application information file and   
   delete it.   
      
   Try, perhaps:   
      
   locate application. | grep appdata   
      
   (if memory serves - maybe not)
