   Mine started in 42.2, or maybe before.  I use the KDE desktop.  "Notes   
   Settings"   
   says it's for Plasma and gives me the option for changing to a "A blue sticky   
   note", amongst all kinds of other wonderful colorful stickies.  I've never used   
   it and took a quick look once at trying to figure out how to get rid of it.  I   
   have 4 computers and it's on all of them, 2 were full bare bones installs.
