   Take a look at ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc.   
      
   Rearrange your icons to your wish and make a copy of plasma-org.   
   de.plasma.desktop-appletsrc.   
      
   If things are messed up again, copy the good plasma-org.kde.plas   
   a.desktop-appletsrc back and restart the plasmashell   
      
   This is what I use:   
      
   cp -i .config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc-goed .conf   
   g/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc && kquitapp5 plasmashell && kstart   
   plasmashell'
