   I have seen incomplete reports of two problems: empty or incomplete   
   /etc/resolv.conf file, and a conflict between wicked and NetworkManager.   
      
   The first can be solved by editing the file, and the later perhaps by   
   forcing removal of networkmanager. At least temporarily.   
      
   Official bug reports (bugzillas) with good data must be written be the   
   people having problems for the issues to be solved.   
      
      
   Re zypper dup, run in download in advance mode to avoid problems if   
   network dies.
