   I forgot that! Nevertheless it loaded all packages in advance! :-)   
   I ended up with a relatively good system.   
      
   Now I am "fighting" with several python/pandas/jupyter/R/rstudio new   
   stuff issues.   
   R/rstudio, for example, are very unstable, and there are no official   
   packages for them (at least I didn't find any).   
   After this, if the network problem persists, I'll see how to file a bug   
   and do it.   
      
   Going with the "manual" edition of /etc/resolv.conf ...
