From: kant@have.it              I'm running 2 versions of OpenSuse right now, 42.3 and 15.0. Both are fully       patched.       I'm looking for something simple to monitor the CPU temperature.       I found a utility on the Raspberry Pi's, yet another clump of hardware I have,       and have written a simple script for them to email me if the temperature       exceeds       a certain value and do an init 0 if I don't resolve it after 12 hours.       I'd like to do something similar for the Intel/AMD machines. What can I say, I       leave town a lot and everything is running 24X7 with the CPU's at 100%       utilization.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
