He needs to       contact SUSE official support (not openSUSE volunteers).              Of course, the name of this group is "alt.os.linux.suse", so one could       think this is SUSE support, but we are mostly openSUSE people here.              Note: the more or less official channel at (I think) nntp.suse.com has       been removed.                     Question: How comes that "alt.linux.suse" is in German?
