   I had to send something back to Amazon and the emails they sent me  had   
   a return QR code in them which did not print,nor show up in print preview.   
      
   Kmail is set to use HTML and apart from this issue Kmail works flawlessly.   
      
   Any ideas ,I have checked the config and I cant see anything that I cant   
   set that make any difference.   
      
   Got round the issue using a screen grab as the QR code is displayed   
   correctly when you open the email it just does not print.
