OpenSuSe on a SATA HD Set as AHCI

Been away from new developments in Hard Drives. So (I think) this is
a simple basic question. I have new Win 10 Box with a SATA3 SSD Hard
Drive. The BIOS is set to AHCI for the hard drive SATA emulation used
by the Win 10 area. Question: Will I have any trouble loading the
latest OpenSuSe on this Drive set to AHCI emulatuon. [The other
emulations are: IDE (which I understand), RAID, and AHCI] I don't
believe I can change this because of the Win10 system already
   operative.
