   Not that I run Tumbleweed, but what happens if you try YaST and Online   
   Update?  There are presumably two reasons why that daemon could crash,   
   it is broken or its database is broken.  A YaST online update could fix   
   the first of those two reasons - assuming someone has noticed.   
   You could also check and see if any partition is overflowing, in   
   particular the one containing /boot, /var or /usr.
