   I am trying to enable the SuSEfirewall2 in OpenSuse 12.3   
      
   iptables -S   
   -P INPUT ACCEPT   
   -P FORWARD ACCEPT   
   -P OUTPUT ACCEPT   
      
   iptables -L   
   Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)   
   target     prot opt source               destination   
      
   Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)   
   target     prot opt source               destination   
      
   Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)   
   target     prot opt source               destination   
      
   iptables -F INPUT   
      
   as soon as I issued (iptables -F INPUT) my putty SSH session automatically   
   disconnected and ssh going offline , Please let me know how do I solve this   
   problem
