   Hi   
   I saw another user on IRC was having issues with third party repos last   
   evening, nvidia and packman, maybe your locale?   
      
   Nvidia I get to, I use neither nvidia or packman but how is the   
   distribution responsible for repositories maintained/controlled by third   
   parties?
