   I was playing with BeeWare (beeware.org) which requires 3.8+. I installed   
   3.9 from the standard repos, configured update-alternatives, and got it   
   working. But firewalld threw errors, and some bits of yast failed, so I   
   removed 3.9.   
      
   I can think of workrounds, but I was only experimenting and decided to   
   wait until 3.9 was part of a release.
