   Hi Paul   
   Booting to multi-user.target or switch to a VT via crtl+alt+F1, login   
   as root and run systemctl isolate multi-user.target and re-run zypper   
   dup should help complete.   
      
   Check the Forum for the multitudes of Plasma 5->6 move threads...
