|    Thunar loads slower on TW than Leap    |

From: dave@dave123royal.com              I've used Leap with xfce for several years and I've never noticed a delay       in loading Thunar after booting the machine, signing in, and clicking a       desktop item such as Home.              I recently got a new (refurb) desktop, about 3 years old, and am running       Tumbleweed on it. I noticed immediately that it takes 4-5 seconds to load       Thunar, before a window appears. Subsequent loads are quick. Both machines       are of similar power - a 12yo i7 and a 3yo i5, both with the OS on sata       ssds. Other programs - Firefox, Thunderbird, Pan - load just as quickly as       on Leap.              What might be the reason for this?       --       Remove numerics from my email address.              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
