   Yes. However, unless you report in Bugzilla, there is no official record   
   and the issue can be ignored.   
      
   For example, when asked if there was going to be a respin of the install   
   DVD, the answer was that there is only one open bug against installer.   
   But there are many people complaining that the installation failed.
