   I can't comment on the Install, my fail was the Upgrade.   
      
   I'm less than impressed with the decision to separate them though, my   
   fallback was an Upgrade from 16.0 to 15.6 using the DVD.  It was rather   
   upset that 16.0 was not a supported "from" level and the results were   
   undefined, but the result was almost exactly what I was hoping for.   
      
   If/when I upgrade (or install) to 16.0 again, I won't have that fallback   
   option when moving to 16.1 in a few years.
