   It is not (restoring 16.0 repos), the urls clearly point at 15.6 repos -   
   presumably the level in the string is obtained from the running system   
   and is not hard coded.   
   I'm just hoping that the "?mediahandler=curl2" appended to the url is   
   not doing any damage.   
   If there are any updates tomorrow I can see what happens.
