   This is on my Blackview Tab60:   
      
   Settings > Other wireless settings > WiFi Hotspot > Use WiFi Hotspot   
      
   Turn it on and check the settings, essentially name and password.   
      
   Assuming you mobile does tethering the most difficult bit may be finding   
   it in settings!   
      
   On my Windows 10 laptop I then click on the Network icon on the icon   
   section of the Taskbar and choose the WiFi hotspot. In Windows 11 you may   
   need a large torch and somebody with a pair of latex loves to find it of   
   course!
