    Have you found the place in Settings on your phone where it says   
   'Mobile Hotspot' or something similar? If so, configuration should be   
   trivial (see my (quoted) comments below).   
      
    If not, Android 9 is quite old, but I have used a mobile hotspot on an   
   Android 4 smartphone (from Telstra! :-)), so your phone should have it.   
      
    Android Settings are mostly brand/model and Android version dependent,   
   so there is little point telling you how it's on my phone. At least one   
   reader has an Android 9 phone, so perhaps he could post instruction for   
   his phone (but very likely a different brand).

    Well, the *Wi-Fi* is great and the coffee is quite good. Didn't say   
   anything about the 'food', did I!? :-)
