   So tell us why the hotspot failed.   
      
   Does the hotspot device actually have an internet connection itself? Is   
   it 2G/3G/4G/5G or some sort of point-to-point wireless?   
      
   Have you followed the instructions for setting up the hotspot?   
      
   What do you see from your PC when you try to connect to the hotspot? Is   
   there any error message?
