   Mobile Phone model Aspera Jazz 2 and I have now turned Wi-Fi hotspot   
   'On'. It tells me I am using WPA2 PSK Security (does that mean   
   anything?),there is a (12 Digit) Hotspot password and is using the   
   2.4GHz AP Band

   .... and what do you know .... there is a 'Aspera Jazz 2' Hotspot device   
   showing up on my Computers list of possible connections ..... so here I   
   go!!!!   
      
   It seems to suggest it has connected via 'Aspera JAZZ 2' and the Mobile   
   phone is now showing 'Android system     Tethering or Hotspot active   
   1 connected 0 blocked'.   
      
   But .....   
   "Sending of the message failed.   
   The message could not be posted because connecting to the news server   
   failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing connections. Please   
   verify that your news server settings are correct and try again."   
      
   So I've re-enabled the Telco Modem Wi-Fi and here we are!! (I hope!!)
