   And, Lo and Behold!! I have uploaded a message to the Internet and   
   downloaded that same message from the Internet .... and starting the   
   Browser function of my SeaMonkey Suite and I can SEE WEBSITES!!

   (Now to remember to keep a check on how much of my 4.5GB Mobile Phone   
   Data I'm using .... until my normal account becomes re-active on about
