   Unknown. I think (part of) my problem is/was I was paying for Phone   
   (voice) service .... where-as the Mobile Telco does offer to sell me   
   'DATA' separately to the (voice) 'phone' service.   
      
   I don't know how the Telco differentiates between Voice Zeros and Ones   
   and Data Zeros and Ones ..... but what would I know??
