     According to the aldimobile.com.au website, for the 'PAYG' plan, data   
   costs 6c per MB [1], so $35 will give you only 583MB, which is very,   
   very little in today's world.   
      
     I don't see anywhere where you can add a 'data pack' to a 'PAYG' plan.   
   (I could do that with our Telstra PAYG-like plan).   
      
     I think you would have to switch to one of the 'Mobile Plans' which   
   include data (and calls and SMS), but that would result in a monthly   
   cost.   
      
     It's probably best to raise this issue - 'low' cost data on a PAYG   
   plan - in one of the Aussie groups, aus.comms.mobile or/and   
   aus.computers. See you there! :-)
