   And the good part about that all of that (waiting, sometimes re-sending of   
   lost or damaged blocks) is managed by the TCP/IP driver.   You only have to   
   provide it with all of the data at once (or keep feeding a number smaller   
   blocks of data), and that TCP/IP driver will do the rest.   
      
   ... than again, if you are using UDP you have to do all of that yourself ...
