   To a degree. You gotta make sure you got some 'usb supplementary   
   patch'installed.   
   I successfully hooked up a web cam on the usb port.   
   I never really used it though,and as the usb was hogging up a needed irq,I   
   disabled it.   
   Offhand,I'd say the odds of you getting something off the shelf tommorow   
   like a usb hard drive or cd burner and having it work great on a 95 machine   
   are pretty slim.
