   I just got a used computer that has 95 on it. It has the USB ports, but I   
   couldn't figure out why everytime I tried to install my web cam, I'd get a   
   message saying that it couldn't find a working USB port. Is that because of   
   the above? If so, which is better: install Windows 98? Or install the USB   
   supplementary patch?
