   1 - Isn't there some little app built into windows which you can use to see   
   whats on the clipboard ?   
   I can't seem to find it.   
      
   2) Is there an easy way to get odd characters into an email message such as   
   one-quarter one-half that little copyright mark ect ?   
   I know the character map can be used for this,but thought there might be a   
   better way.
