   Go to control panel -> add/remove programs -> install windows (don't   
   remember more, but that's the way to go. Just be sure you have the windows95   
   install-cd. Vindows will ask for it.)

   If you open the character map, you should be able to find out what key   
   combination to use. Alt + ####, Hold Alt-key down when typing a four (or   
   three) digits. In win2k the key combination is Alt + 0188 (¼) when script is   
   Arial.
