   Whenever I boot this W98 PC, I get this message:   
      
        Error loading C:\ [file pathname]... OEUSBS.DLL   
        The system cannot find the path specified.   
      
   Any ideas how to get rid of this error? It refers to a file associated with   
   an application program that is no longer on the computer.   
      
   What, by the way, does the RUNDLL file do?
