   I have an intermittent problem when using NETSCAPE 4.79 in that other programs   
   which use the common dialog routines (FILE=>OPEN,SAVE,SAVE AS, etc) from their   
   menus will crash when the menu commands are selected   
      
   The problem stops when I exit NETSCAPE.   
      
   Anyone know what this problem is and how to correct it?   
      
   It seems to prevent downloaded files from opening or being saved as well and   
   causes certain plugins to crash.   
      
   I have NORTON AV 5.0 on the system and it does not find anything.   
      
   This is a W95 system.
